The CDA has finally announced holding the auctions of the commercial plots in New Blue Area on July 15, 16 and 17. These commercial plots are located in the Central Business District and their sizes range from 600 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft. The auction will begin at 10 am at the Jinnah Convention Center.
The auction was delayed due to the coronavirus situation prevailing in the country. The government is expecting to generate money for the Naya Pakistan Housing Development Authority (NPHDA) and is offering quite a few incentives to businessmen willing to take the chance. These plots are ideal to set up food arenas, residential apartments, shopping malls, banks, offices, petrol pumps and hotels. You can log onto www.cda.gov.pk for more details.
