I paid 98lac to estate dealer to bye me plots 250 yds 2 nos one in p6 and one in p16 in bahria town karachi it is been 6 months now he is not return the money neither he is willing to give plots what legal option do i have to get my money back including all the losses suffered during the time. I have all the documentary evidence paying money to his bank account
