CDA is best but I don’t think you can find one in this budget. According to me the best place for you is G-15 Jamu Kashmir Housing Society.
Agreed with Mr Abdul Majeed g 15 is a very good option now a days specially commercial sale purchase but the thing is that in G 15 Markaz minimum plot price is 15 million. Bahria is also a good option.
Dear I’m working on new Islamabad airport side. If you want good return than invest on lands on main roads of new airport. This is ideal time to invest there.
