Needs advice in selecting between dha phase 9 4 marla commercial file and dha phase 8 z block 4 marla commercial. Which one shall be a good investment from 5 to 7 years in terms of return

I think for 5 to 7 year both are the best option, but i recommend you go for DHA phase 8 z block commercial

DHA Phase 8 is good option and the time period is also best. I think It’ll be good for future investment purpose.
