I am interested in investing up to 6 - 7 million in gwadar, but in installments of about 2 years.
I have 1 - 1.5 million cash at the moment and should have another 2 million in a few months. I am also able to pay a decent amount for monthly/quarterly installments.
But i really want prime commercial land 120 - 250 sqyrds, where i can construct a mid-rise building.
Will i be able to find something in my range? Where do you suggest?
If not, how much do i need to increase my range? I don't want to sell anything to buy in gwadar, ideally.
