Commercial property in pechs

Please elaborate on pechs as a society for investment in the commercial area 5-10 marla?
Is it worth it rather than buying commercial plot somewhere else in the range of 4-5 mil.

Top City is much better option.

What do you think about the top city ownership vs PECHS, I heard first one is privately owned by a man and the later a coop society( which I assume should be better in terms of reliability??). BTW, How much is a 5 marla commercial plot in top city close to developed sectors?

@ Sinful, for investment purposes TC is better option especially for commercial plots especially towards the latter blocks where airport entrance as these plots will near airport entrance as opposed to PECHS, which has no sign of airport access. Dealer were emphasising airport access via airport gate but to security reasons, this will not be going ahead! Although, PECHS does have the edge based on Co-Op Society, but TC location, and road access wise is better hence its a 50/50.

I personally would go for TC mainly due to a bit risky but for the price its a calculated risk! At the end of the day we can say and do what we want but Allah knows better, whatever is written will happen! Best of Luck in your commercial plot pursuit!
