Can someone tell which place is good to buy a commercial shop of atleast 5 marla or more in islamabad which can give good return and price appreciation in the future but whose price will be below 10 million

All the CDA sectors are good in commercial specially F-10, F-11, G-9 AND E-11. But the size u mentioned is very big in this budget it might not be possible. Well u also be interested to buy on instalments?

I dont want on installments. However, it can be in other zones if zone 1 is out of budget like in zone 2, 4 or 5.
