Our contractor started work on 10 marla plot in level land in lahore on 25 april. Till today 20 june, he has constructed just the walls upto full height for the ground floor. No shuttering or lintel work started yet. I want to ask experts here if contractor is working on normal speed or is it very slow speed? He has to complete lintel for ground floor and then he has to complete one room, mumty and washroom on first floor. How much time, he should take for remaining work if we ask him for speeding up the work?

If a contractor is an expert company they can build the grey structure in 3-4 months and complete house in 8 months, I wonder why he is taking so much time, may be he is not an expert but a beginner.
