Can someone pls tell me what the covered area of a 10 marla plot is in sector-e, bahria town, phase 8? I have to get my house built and everyone offers rates according to covered area but no one is willing to explain how much area is covered by construction. Any construction companies here offering residential construction services?
Its sepends on design but can be between 3000 to 3600 sq ft for double storey house.
