D 12/1 Plot Price Evaluation 4 Marla?

I want to buy a plot someone quoted me its between 1154 to 1156 plot size is 4 Marla 25*40 in D-12 sector D-12/1 what should be good investor price to buy this plot?

Thats a market plot ,every dealer quote this plot ,its better to search any other plot ,and yeah this is the best time to invest in D12.D12/3 would be the best option for 25x40 plots but they are a touch expensive as well ,around 65 lacs plus.

I see thanks for your reply fahad but what should be ideal price in this 1100 series to buy as that can be in my buying range as well as is its location good for buying and what should be the offer given there are 3 or 4 plots near this quoted to me but the one mentioned at least price of 56 lac i want to know what should i give offer and is d12/1 good for investment ?

In D12/1 the 1100 series of plots are the cheapest of all ranging from 55 to 57 max .and the series 100-500 ranges from 57 to 59.then comes D12/4 ranges from 59 to 63 .and above all D12/3 plots above 65 lacs.

Thanks fahad so you mean if i get it below 55 lac whatever price is it good deal as if i wana sale it later location wont matter much cause his demand is 56 they want offer my assumption is 53 or 54 lac he will sell it what should be best price to get it one of dealers i know told me to give offer of 50 lac above 50 lac dont buy it so i am confused a bit now but 50 lac in d12/1 even doesnt seem realistic to me unless i am too lucky or seller is in need of money?

@Fahad. Why it’s best time to invest in D-12?

Isn’t D12/1, the most cheapest developed sector in Islamabad as compared to E,F,G series? (example: cheaper than G,9/4, G13/1, G14/4 etc)… Doesn’t that by itself make it the best available opportunity to invest in? (obviously it will take time for things to turn around in D-12 like roads, streets etc are fixed by CDA.)

Well D-12 its best investment in CDA developed sectors if u can hold your investment for at least 2 years i think this sector will bloom even 1 year will be gud nowdaz cause of slow property market prices are low and good time to buy as very low sale purchase in market its my assumption Rest Allah knows better
