I want to buy a house in mentioned sectors. I have around 10 million. Since, i live abroad so i really do not know the place and the development of the area.
I want to move my siblings and family to said place. May i get advice from worthy members where to buy ? And can i buy a house of 10 marla in the amount i have ?? I would also welcome any other advice of subsequent areas or other areas in islamabad based on my budget.
Sir i will recommend u to go for g15 jkchs.Buy a house there as it is nearer to the central places as compared to d-17 etc.And i will also recommend u to buy a plot and counstruct it by urself.
I would suggest to look for a deal in bahria town phase 1-6 or dha 2 if u could manage a 10 marla with some additional budget.
But if ur preference is zone 2 then try for g-15
Sir u can buy a house in g15, dha 2 sector j as price is a bit higher in other sectors bahria town phase 7 and 8.Phase 1-6 are quite expensive.Npf o-9,pwd is also another option.
You can get a smaller house in g-14/4,g13,g11,i-9,i-10 in zone 1 but they will be old houses and also they will be smaller in size.
Dear ammar According to ur question now a days for living purpose d 17 is better as its populated but after 2 years b 17 will be more better place then d 17 specially when margalla avenue will be functional. And if these 3 sectors are not ur final decision then consider g 15 you can get a 7 marla brand new double story house in ur range plus if u want to shift in zone 1 then u can search i 9 i 10 u will get a 5 marla home in 8 to 9 million and one million is enough amount to renovate them.
In b-17 you can look for a one kanal single storey house or you can buy a one kanal plot in block b which is populated and build single unit with balance amount. It is a bit far at the moment but the distance will reduce in future due to margalla avenue whenever that is built.
With this standard of development, it is diiffcult to buy or build one kanal house in islamabad.Other than b-17. Location wise b--17 is a little far but in my view much better and straight forward location compared to bahria phase 7 and 8.
