Salam to experts , can any one give their opinion is it better to invest in d13 one kanal , i heard there is big population and a village from which cda will need to acquire land and can take very loooong time.

G-12, F-12 bhi khali nahi ho saka CDA say. CDA mein sirf wo jaga lein jahan cutting ho chuki ho.

How can one figure out if a plot you are buying in an under developed area is a cutting plot.
