WHAT ABOUT C-A4 AND C-15?

Sir no news about these two yet…It is heard that cda is much busier in other projects e.g economic zone,twin isb etc etc but GOD knows better.

Sir no news regarding the two sectors uptil now.

New sector actually, was news on plans but unsure whether people managed to invest there. Can confirm though that for investment people are plowing a lot of money in neighbour area of b-17.

Stay away from these plots, prices are very high.

The prices made by CDA are very high and still you can find cheaper plots in market. But CDA prices comes with confidence of purity while in re sale a layman always doubt about the deal. If CDA starts development work these prices will go up like rocket i my opinion no one is 100% sure about the future of E-12 sector.

Sir price will only rise if the density of genuine customers will increase because right now there is very less inclination of genuine customers towards both the sectors due to poor development and lack of basic infrastructure and high price tag…However investors can play some game…

Saadi prices are increasing day by day nd there are more buyers in market as compared to sellers

Sir i have seen many plots which are available in that tag prices which were round about three to four months ago and prices are at halt in d-12,g-13,g-14/4 as my uncle have a plot in d-12 and i constantly check the market…

Well…too big a price tag …once compared to CDA ill management and bad rapport of development…

Invest in defence tower apartments…gud investment…will pay u back

Thanks allot for all reply-er ,,my self i m gassing that the price is v v high ....since long i m waiting to have a plot in this area which i can built in future house for my self location vise i like the are ,but i don't now the price is v high,,

if all of u(above)adviser can advice me some thing batter in islamabad in same near by ,,i ll be appreciate that
