Is defence phase 7 ext good for investment because broker told me it can not be lease till now coz their is case in kda vs dha

It is a good investment, i bought plot there for 71 lacs a year ago now its worth 1 Crore. There is no issue of lease because its already been developed and houses been built around 40%, i been offered by agents many times to sell my plot. Prices in 2015 will again go up almost 25% more.
In DHA Karachi Phase 7 extension there are two type of plots one is DHA plots and other are Commissioners Society Plots. Do not buy in Commissioners Society, its true it no lease. Buy DHA plots in DHA 7 extension. Commissioners Society is on the back side of graveyard.

As per my suggestion you should invest in DHA phase 8 rather then phase 7… Because its market is growing up day by day
