That is a good investment opportunity but when i physically visited the site, and consulted some friends in DHA, i knew that the construction quality was not up to the mark. So i am rite now searching for flats in Islamabad, which are ready for possession and are situated in G-11, FGEHF and PHA flats, same price but ready possession so i can give them on rent as well easily.
Agreed…better to invest in land…which is urs…both the zameen and aasman…flat is a flat…neither zameen is urs nor the roof is urs…

PHA flats u have a huge downpayment to make but here its on installments thats what is attracting me
You are rite Badmint about the installment plan thing, i am also interested in that, but may be a better location and better construction quality.
Yeah but for some one whose coming from outside islambad i think builders dont really deliver things , atleast i know my money would be safe unlike many other stories I have heared. And at any stage if i plan to occupy it wont be bad either ... Fingers crossed.
