- Its not about Sale/Purchase Taxation (CGT + CVT etc.). Its about 103k/anum Tax for minimal 8 categories of diversified assets (agricultural land, apartment, foreign accounts, etc.).
Even from CGT, CVT etc. perspective:
** Fake NOC
- "Imran Khan, was not the owner of Banigala land in 2003, Islamabad’s revenue record and Jemima Khan’s affidavit have confirmed, thus proving that a no-objection certificate (NOC) submitted before the Supreme Court by Imran was fake."
** Gifted Land (as per claim)
- "According to revenue documents available with this correspondent, the Banigala land was transferred in Imran’s name only on June 11, 2005. Imran’s former wife Jemima Khan herself confirmed through a power of attorney on September 21, 2004 that the said land belonged to her and she wanted to transfer the same in Imran’s name"
** CDA Legality:
- "The Capital Development Authority (CDA) had declared the construction of the PTI chairman's house illegal in a hearing on May 9, 2017."

No one is saying Imran is or has been a saint or a maoulvee.
If he is a tax evader, FBR must arrest him.
The point here is looting the country and take it outside whatever you get hold of it.
In Pakistan everybody is a tax evader. No one wants to pay taxes including most of us doing brainy business here?
Tax versus gross loot two different things.
If Imran takes country out of this turmoil, he deserves our gratitude to him even being tax evader.
If we blame him on taxes, we must see our tax payments before pointing finger on him.
So far his intension is established first time in Pak history.
New property laws are in the best of Pak economy....why critics are dead silent on this good decision?
Other good steps are in the making .....if looters do not get him down on the strength of their looted money piles!

Sir, even with a least bit of common sense, I would look up to the guy and his credentials, when I receive lecturing on Tax Evasion on State Media... Isn't that the standard procedure?
How could we talk about Taxation and calculate a fair value when for example 305 K in BG, transferred in 2005 is valued at 1 crore 10 lac? About 36k/Kanal - never makes any sense or any accurate calculation.
Rest I think technicalities and calculations for Commoner is quite clear and being discussed at length in 'Budget 2019 thread'

They get a bench of their choice in the SC. Me and you cant even get a choice for extending a day of Due Date for Utility Bills and for that sake unlimited taxes collected from us on each single day...
Each one at top evading it in broad day light, while putting increased taxed on infant Milk... does that system even makes a damn sense...?

Not just mine, but Ilyas, Sohail and Slick's reaction to Big Brother's warning did not live for the day. Those posts were either questioning the approach of not declaring policy before hand and setting rules of the game "on-the-go", or were on lighter note.
The posts, that lived through the night on this forum, were removed first thing when the Big Brother came on job at 9 a.m.
Lame beyond comprehension. Someones desperate ego had to ruin all gapshap. Two of my recent posts are deleted that simply highlighted and questioned their mysterious actions.
