All respected gurus having solid knowledge of Zone 2 especially Syed Ibrahim sb… JKCHS announced the development of sector F-16… Do you think that it is a serious announcement or is just a or is just a CDA type announcements to attract investors… When will be the right time to buy in F-16 and which sub sector is best to invest?? Are there any commercial plots available in F-16. Also mention the prices of 40x80 and 50x90 plots please. All comments would be highly appreciated.

nobody can give u guarantee of development in jkchs and CDA :)
however this time they purchased some more land in f 16 in last 2 months which is a positive sign election is also very near sir for me its a serious announcement as compared to past ones but not sure until they will do some thing practically
current prices of 40 x 80 in f 16 2 is 22 lac f 16 1 is 24 lac f 16 3 is 31 lac and f 16 4 is around 35 lac approximately 50 x 90 in f 16 2 is around 30 lac f 16 1 32 lac f 16 3 40 lac and f 16 4 45 lac.
Commercial markaz is not sold yet they will auction it after development
