DHA 2 Block N & P Over CDA I-16

Can anyone elaborate how DHA blocks N and P will give good ROI in the short term.

I contacted a friend of mine in DHA and asked him regarding buying a 10 Marla plot in N block for short term investment. He said work is too slow and possession maybe expected in the next 5 years or so making it suitable for long term only.

I just want to know those seniors who expect a good ROI in the short term in N or P, may they give their reasons why?

It's not that I rely on my friend's advice only otherwise I wouldn't be here in the first place asking such a question but need more insight over this issue.

And regarding I-16 I would like to know is it good for short term investment. Does it have a good potential based on access to new airport? Will it get a route access in the first place? Does I-16 has any potential on its own apart from new airport advantage?

Finally if anyone would think the above 2 options are not suitable for the short-term. May they guide over where to invest in the short term for good ROI. Kindly do let me know which blocks, plot size etc. Budget is 30 lac. I can increase it if there is an excellent opportunity available.

I-16 is preferred because of CDA sector possession is there only for investment not for living …

by the way i visited E-17/3 today to have a look at the infrastructure of the society. It is good but only 2 houses built so far (70-80%) along with 2 more with structure only.

street 31 and 9 seemed much better as it is on top height with 31 on top rank but 31 is the boundary. In the map there is an area that extends further to street 31 but that place is completely barren. Is that area acquired by CDECHS?

the park is built so far other than that no further activity. Did not see any street lights installed and electric poles either. How will be the electricity provision system? just like D-17 i.e. Open transformers?

top view is nice but once the place gets populated there wont be a good view as area is not too steep and houses will block view of others unless you make a triple storey there.

sir any idea when are the elections due to be held and chances of any new management representatives? if they remain unchanged will this have any sort of impact.

oh and one more thing there was no boundary wall or any marking to know where the society actually ends.

Because of approach and construction in these areas, you can easily find a good ROI. I have visited many places and found experienced that you can easily target useful customers to buy properties over there.
