Is it a good option to invest in dha 9 prism 10 marla file at current rate which is around 3.8 million, two 5 marla files at current rate ?Or is it better to wait for prices to come down?
The rates are going to come down further in coming months, especially when the Dev Charges are going to be announced. Advised to wait and see the trend.
