DHA City Advise

I would like your worthy opinion on the current status of DHA City Lahore for the following:

1. What is the expected year of possession?
2. Is this will be a Good Investment for 4 - 5 years or simply a scam?
3. If yes then which plots will be good 5 m or 10 m.
4. What are the current market rates?

I would advise to stay away from DHA City, see what DHAI did with DHA valley similar may happen with DHA city.

Go for developed on ground not simply files in air!
