DHA City Karachi Plots Allotment

Does anyone know that when the balloting of allotment of plots in DHA City Karachi will be due?... I have a plot in DHA city and I don't know will it be the corner and road facing one or not... I need my plot to be corner and west open.... Can some one please update me what to do to apply for corner & road facing plot.
