Please comment on which one is better in terms of
1- pricing 2- proximity to good schools and hospitals 3- future price appreciation
I am assuming that any DHA related fee/charges and security situation will be the same.

I guess you should be better off with Phase 1. Pricing maybe a bit of an eyebrow raiser but proximity to schools and future price escalation is always there. Good Luck
