What is future of this extension as it lies on other side of ring road and no development is going on?
What are views of property gurus?

DHA Lahore is an investment hotspot in the real estate sector. It is not LDA who would take so many years to develop a community. Even if the development has not started yet in the extension, but i always remain hopeful about DHA.
p.s... I am not an agent of DHA.....lol

Look at it this way, many of the dealers profess phase 9 like a religion and people buy that talk. So I would compare phase 5 M block with phase 9.
M block is likely to have superior location than any block of prospective phase 9 as it will be right next to LRR and most probably the overhead connection with phase 5 will be from M block.
The bad side is its a secluded from rest of dha at the moment and the access is from kamahan road but even with that check out the reference prices of dha phase 9 town 5 marla plots (shuhada's)
With regards to buyin decision, it depends upon your budget. M block has a justified price. As far as I know they started development few months back and this one block should not take long to be delivered?
