Yes, Z1 area of Phase-7 is very good & have great potential. Its very close to Phase-6, golf raya & Knowledge park. However Z2 area is away and isolated

Brother, Y- block is good. Although it looks little away from golf raya or main boulevard of Phase-6 thats why its prices are lesser than other blocks but positive point is it doesnt have any village inside. More than 80% block is developed and remaining would be completed in this year. Its possession is expected end 2015 or early 2016. Due to its lesser prices, genuine customers would inclined to it earlier to build homes which ultimately lead to rise in the prices in this area. Keep your investment for next 2-3 yrs to get handsome returns. All possession plots investments in DHA gives good return with the passage of time wherever they are located.
