DHA Lahore Phase 9 Files Investment Advice

I am an investor (from Paris, France) interested about investing in DHA, Lahore phase 9 files.

1. Can you tell me the difference between phase 9 files and phase 9 extension files?
2. In your opinion, which investment is the best (phase 9, 5 Marla file or phase 9, 10 Marla extension file)?
3. What are the charges to be paid on these investments?
4. How will the upcoming election impact real estate prices?

Sir go to phase 9 5 or 10 marla plot instead of extention, extention are other societies some times a result of merger between socieites etc 4.5 lacs are expected development charge on 5 marla plot It depends, if something bad happen which is less expected ur plot price will fall from 13 lac to 10 lacs. But if some good thing happened it can go to 22 lac per plot. It is luck
