Which is better for investment purpose. Wapda town phase iii or dha multan?
I have cash around 10 lac and can pay quarterly installment of around 2 lac.
What is good expected return period of each project.

I suggest dha multan instalment file. Both for inestment and living. It may or may not take more time to develop if compared to wapda town 3. But its worth waiting. Location wise dha is best if you compare to wapda town 3. Bosan road is already developed .metro bus, 2 universities dozens of schools/colleges and markets nearby also add value to dha multan.
wapda town phase 3 past was shady and there was a case in NAB . But now NAB has given ok signal to wapda town phase 3 management. You should follow this NAB case finding if you are intrested in wapda town 3.
