Dear CMY! I have seen this letter. But let me tell you this date is as artificial as you posted 31 December letter. Two major landholders are on negotiation table and DHA is showing desperation which means they are giving in to their demand and landholders are expecting better deals than 4 kanal one file. Those 500 files are to flood the market shortly. You mark my words and we will discuss it after 31st January. Once new files arrival dried out then will be the real gains and that is not very far.
Only point I wanted to make is you needed to please correct issued files numbers and land in DHA Multan possession today . In December you said DHA Multan had only 2500 kanal land acquired. In January your accepted 3500 files issued after I showed based on computer land record. Proof of 3500 memberships already paid shared with and 3500 still waiting to pay membership but intimation issued for 7100 means in Dha 3500 more allocation ready and waiting membership fees so total 28000 kanal land was in DHA possession in November 2015. 1000s kanal more land given to DHA Multan in December and January and you also agree the land owner desperate to hand over more to DHA Multan. Hopefully in February you will say 7100 files issued :)
Yes I agree with you. Price can never ever go up and up only . They will few thousand up and down here and there depending on how many new files issued and how many buyers in narket. I have not seen single resale of DHA Multan to date once trasnfered so holders are sold financially no major panic selling possible due to this fac. Getting this many files cleared just before end date and having all of them absorbed in a new market like DHA Multan is very healthy sign. Date could be extended and should be extended as we have seen few files issue dekay due to heavier work load on same small DHA Multan workforce. They were not expecting such large number of land owners stepping in to give land in phase 1. All land owner wanna files issued in DHA Multan phase 1 before January 1st. Either DHA Multan extend date or issue all files before January 31st. One more thing wanna let you know most files likely to be isseud till Jan 31 are already sold and people waiting for transfers of those files. Extremely hard to find any files for buyers. If they extend date may be some availability in phase 1 otherwise after January 31st phase 1 files will sell lot higher than phase 2 and Phase 2 will be likely where phase 1 price is today.
Zahid Sb, one of those two land owners is actually very big dealer of DHA Multan. He has one kanal office right infront of DHA Multan. Am i right?

Buyer dont have to be in Pakistan for transfer of file.
Try your possible best to buy asap but I think land sale deeds done before Jan 31st 20016 into DHA name for DHA Multan phase 1 will still be issued even after Jan 31st 2016 and ready for transfer till ballot day but lets try to be safe and buy asap.
DHA Multan attached letter in my above post link is clearly saying ballot to be held in 2016 so they could hold ballot in a month from today or on any day before Dec 31 2016. Each buyer must keep this important point in his mind. At least I make it very clear to each client before they buy files from LRE no official date of ballot is available yet.

DHA Multan file rates increasing now. Today’s rate of 1 kanal file is 31.25 lacs.

DHA Multan is gaining strong day by day now. DHA Multan still in very very tight supply and heavy buying on going. Rate of 31.25 lacs is not a typo it actually did gain one lac today alone.

Zahid, in your post you said market is going to be flooded with new files and this rise is temporary. Now you say price will not go down.

Please read carefully I am saying 'it seems not coming back to the lowest price of 28 but I still think till ballot DHA needs to clear big land chunks which will bring new files to the market in good number which will pull the price down. Let's wait if DHA extend the date of January or not.

So trading price is 31.25 lakhs, right? Not yet 32 lakhs?
When will it cross price of Wapda Town Phases 1 and 2? They have also launched Wapda Town Phase 3 but that opens on Khanewal Road. Wapda Town phases 1 and 2 open on Northern Bypass Road.
I think DHA will be highest eventually because it opens on Bosan Road. Even metro bus route is going up to Bahauddin Zakariya University as already under construction.
