Why is the files rate coming down?
I know no one knows about exact launch date and balloting date. But in worst case scenario, when do you expect to see launching and balloting for this project? Secondly, how does balloting work? Would it be one-time balloting for all phase-1 files? Thanks
Project ll b launched in March.They ll offer installment plots in the beginning, after two months of it ballot ll b held for successful installments plot holders.
Later complete ballot ll held with the map and with plot no. In the last quarter of 2016.
Currently, DHA Multan’s file rate is stable as investors who were looking for quick money expected project launch in January due to hype created by some dealers that balloting will be done on files purchased before Jan end. Now the same investors are selling Multan files and now hoarding DHA City Lahore files which is pure ‘Satta’.
Dha Multan is far better than Dha city.
Dha Multan,all land is purchased.
Dha city nothing is clear.A very long term investment
But safe cus now under proper Dha Lahore.

DHA City investors are forgetting that billion of Rupees invested by people in DHA City which DHA gave to contractors are gone...and won't likely to be recovered (at least in 5-10 years). Due to this, not a single Kanal of land is purchased in the project. The legal case will take its due course of 5-10 years to be resolved.
Now DHA may start a new project altogether to compensate the DHA City investors or may merge these files with 9 extension, but it's all anybody's guess. In any case, DHA would need funds to buy land for this project. Funds that they have to put from their own pockets (from other projects) as the ones obtained for this project are no more with DHA. So lots of uncertainty regarding future too.
On the other hand, DHA Multan will likely develop in 5 years time. There is no comparison between the two projects.
Dear CMY Sb. AOA. Currently price of 10 Marla file in dha city is 20 to 21 lacs. I already missed the chance when prices were 16.5 lacs. The prices rises and now is it worth to buy the files in that price keeping in view the risk. If we see the previous history of 5 Marla price the price went up to 13 lacs or more but then return back to 10-11 lacs. Keeping in view of present scenario please advise whether shall buy dha city 10 Marland file or not.

DHA Multan is less riskier than DHA City and in this regard a much better option.

Dealers in multan asked launching on 23 march 2016. Is it write or wrong? because i plan to buy a file what can i do.
It’s good time to invest because soon price are expecting to go high.

Still can buy to get included in phase 1 ballot. Dha multan had stopped buying land from land owners on 31th January 2016. But affidavits against that land acquired are still available.which can b bought from the market.File rate is 32 lac.

Yes installments plots in DHA Multan very soon.
Amir sahib yes If land registry to DHA Multan was done before Jan 31st 2016 DHA Multan phase 1 file to be issued and will go to next ballot in phase 1 only.

DHA Multan are sure taking their time, but I hope when they do kick it on it will be worth it. Right now though, market has stabilized after registering a gain of 3 to 4 lakhs in the past couple of months.
CMY, There is some confusion in my mind. I think only allocation files before 31st will be included.Means those affidavit files which deposited membership before 31 will be included?
Please correct me if i am wrong bcz i am not sure on this.
