File price before ballot was around 55 and after the ballot even the worst location plot is not available at 55 now.
So you're far better off buying now and take ur chances, esp because there are not as many villages or factories in dha multan land as were in dha phase 9 lahore land. So in my view its a very safe bet.
Secondly, even if you dont get a good plot, you'll be better off selling then and pay the difference to switch to a better one then probably paying a huge premium when the prices have gone high.
