There you go for my reasons:
DHA Multan looks better to me as compared to DHA Pesh at the moment. The access road to DHA Pesh is not that good at the moment.
Prices in DHA Multan at the moment are low as compared to DHA Pesh…, so room for growth is more…
In terms of development and planning, DHA Multan is far ahead of DHA Pesh.
The rates in close proximity of DHA Multan are very high, so, very good potential for growth once developed in 3 to 5 years time frame…
Investors in DHA Multan are outnumbering the investors in DHA Pesh at the moment…
Please keep in mind, I don’t say DHA Pesh is bad… I am only doing comparative analysis… DHA Pesh is also good for those, who have problems for traveling to Multan… So, they can park their money in DHA Pehs
