I've seen recent advertisement on Zameen.com website from different dealers for DHA Phase-2 extension for 1 Kanal plots total price range from 1.7 to 3 millions in blocks N, M, Q, R and T.
Please share your experience and explain what's real story for these low price.
Arshar sab!! the price of 1 kanal file of dha isb phase 2 ext ranges between 2.3 to 2.6 million, however, this price is the cost of land only, over and above u have to pay 14.5 lac as development charges so the plot cost u from 37 to 40 lac in total. Still it is a gud long term investment( 3-5 years).

I sold mine for 20 two weeks ago, and now I can get it in the market for 19 - I am infact being offered a buy back.
It is a file, i don’t recommend that for investment.
Thanks for help.I read from DHA website that DHA Phase-2 extension is redesigned and now they will keep ABCD blocks only and I think the rest blocks will be adjusted or re-balloted, please share your knowledge about this issue.
Is there chances to lose plot at all and just DHA will pay back installments only.
