Is investment in DHA Phase 2 Extension safe or not? And please somebody tell me why plot prices in DHA Phase 2 Extension is still low as prices in other areas are high. What is the reasons?
Hi Mmmm, As per my information DHA Phase 2 ext land has not been completely acquired. Except for few sectors like A, B and C rest r only on file with no land possession. Even last map available is subject to change. If u invest here at the moment its risky as we do not know how ugly it may turn. It may be very long investment and majority of time it will remain in negative. My suggestion is to play safe and remain out of file business.
