I am an overseas Pakistani and I am interested in a 4 bedroom with a terrace (penthouse) being constructed by Al Gurair Giga. They have revised the prices and have proceeded upwards by a million. Price 8 million now. What I would like to know by my respected and experienced brothers is if it's a good investment? Please share your opinion. Thanks in advance.

It is a very good investment surely. The work is on full swing and location is great. I have bought d type terrace apartment and i am very satisfied with my investment.
They have revised the price on their website but apartments with less own are also available in the market. You just have to bargain hard.

Maybe someone on here can offer me the property at a cheaper rate than their website. Inshallah, If I do purchase they are offering a 5% discount on full payment. 7.6 million.
