I am have a reasonable money of max 2 crore. What you suggest to buy a 2 kanal plot in DHA to make a house or buy a plot in d12. I think that in DHA phase 2, I can also make a house with this money but in d12 I be only able to buy a plot. I am now outside country to earn some money for house. If i buy a plot in d12, i have to do a job for 3 years more outside Pakistan. What is your best suggestion. DHA p2 or d12. You can also propose some other excellent option, if any.
Check out Bahria Enclave or Emaar … I think they are better then DHA2 or D12.
