Is it good to invest in dha phase 2 or dha phase 1 rawalpindi for a kanal plot for 2 to 3 years time? Please advise

As per my experience in the real estate industry is concerned, dha has proved promising for the investors. So, in my opinion it is indeed good to invest in dha.
The authorities like lda (lahore development authority) and cda (capital development authority) cause delays in their development works and allotment of possessions. However, this is not the case with dha.
