Very Good and Solid investment, rates in K,L,M are too high, N is also not cheap but still less in price as compared to other sectors, possession will be given next year hopefully. It is good and solid investment, also consider Top City.
DHA phase 1,2 and extensions highly recommended, for investment of 2-3 years, if u can afford. Soon, (within 6 months) a price jump is expected in DHA Isb.
