When will new pindi area plots in dha 3 be alloted to members?
Even the plots of Dha phase 3 Ex-serene city sold as possession plots are not handed over yet. Allah help all of us

New pindi will take time as development is almost stopped. I think , it will take 4-5 years...

ex.serene city dha 3 has given possesion. They are very slow in giving allotment letter and take 4-5 months in issuing allotment letter. But once you get it, you can apply for possesion...
Construction activity is quite slow at the moment in serene city.
