Which one is good for short term investment?
DHA phase 3 Islamabad is yet on papers , BUT Bahria phase 8 is on ground ,and is a reality with almost 85 % possession area, and is populated somewhat with excellent facilities, so it will be interesting ,if some one argue it otherwise.
DHA is good option for you. You have safe and good chances to earn by investment over here. If you want to construct any building on plot that you will buy then we can offer you interior designing and construction services at very reasonable rates.
Phase 8 with possession. Your safety is key!

I have a suggestion for you to please better post your advertisement or do some other way of advertising your business, its very annoying when you jump in between any thread for what ever topic it is and start advertise about your business which is completely irreverent to the topic.
Believe me no one will like it and almost all the readers so far read about your company and if required they will contact you, please stop popping in for advertisement purpose.
Phase 8 is a better one in the above mentioned options.
I think DHA 3 is better option coz already developed
And dha label,location on main GT road and
kanal plots prices are less than phase 8 10 marla plots
Being overseas i personaly visit there and
then invest in sector A kanal plot.
Comparing both. Go for phase 8.

If I am adding Bahria enclave and DHA2 also in the list above, what will be the preferences then,
I agree PHASE 8 better investment compare to DHA PHASE3, but how if the comparison is with enclave 1 & dha2, not in sense of how will be look and standards after 5 years, but in sense of gaining profit in another 2-3 years ?

Thanks for your suggestion but read our post carefully that we are offering services. If you don`t like my comments then you may go for some other good options but we are not hidden participant for this forum like others. I think now you will understand things.

Sohail sb is right...He is not inquiring here for construction services so kindly do not spoil this thread..I am sure you even dont know about the ground realities of phase 3 that is why you advised him in non professional way..Please advertise our self in the threads where people have inquired about construction services.You will be welcomed.
@ sohail sb..Dha 2 and enclave 1 are much better options as compared to phase 3 of dha and bahria phase 8...
Hamza, nothing against your business but its weird that if i ask for advise on prices of plots in any specific area and you reply me for interior designing and construction services, and in fact you offer this in any type of discussion regardless of topic.
I agree that you are not a hidden participant and are offering services but it will be nice to limit the advertising to the discussion where some one is interested in such services or if you wants to do mass advertising then better put an Add in the forum so every one can see.
