Seriously, it also concerns me several times that why don’t we have a mechanism to check on the status of the developments where our huge amount of money is involved? We need serious reforms in the real estate sector because it frustrates to go to 12 different people and not get the specific information.

The only thing tht can save dha is that they shd launch a joint venture with bahria..(may b valley phase 2...lol).....otherwise its a wait... For ever!

Faizan sb that’s a good suggestion. Let’s wait for 4-5 years and if things start looking better we should perhaps invest then. Right now it’s a no no
Looking at how slow DHA is to develop DHA 2 extension and DHA Valley, I think you may have to wait at least several years before you see even the start of development in DHA 3.
