DHA Phase 5 Islamabad Sector F

I want to invest in a 10 Marla plot in Dha phase 5 , Most probably in Sector F for a period of 1-2 year . Islamabad Expressway seems okay & My sole purpose is investment.
I heard that DHA 5 land is not clear and some parts have litigations. Can someone please advise which areas have litigations in DHA phase 5 ?

Also 15 Million for a 10 Marla in Sector F of DHA 5 seems fine ?
Any other suggestions ?

DHA-5 Sector F is clear. This area has possession, which makes it safe investment. The downside is a lot of juice has already been squeezed. Look for underdeveloped area in DHA. Do consider 1 Kanal plot DHA-3 (Sector D, E, F).
