As per current market situation your plot worth is rupees 95 lac. As you know, new taxes had been imposed by the Govt. Punjab from July 1, 2014 therefore market is little slow. This is the maximum value you can get at the moment.

I think market will remain as it for long time. It’s all depends on your requirements. I suggest you to sell it now and reinvest in DHA Islamabad Phase 2. K,L & M block of phase 2 are very lucrative investment for short term period (approx. 1-2 year).Regards. Shahid
I second the comment of syed shahid, if you are selling for re-investment purpose then sell it now and invest in some progressive areas.
