DHA Phase 8 Block Z rising file prices

Hi experts

I am noticing rising prices in DHA Phase 8 Block Z files. For example 10 marla file was trading at 36 lacs around month back, now its trading on 39.50 lacs approximately. Is there some balloting news or its due appreciation due to stagnant prices from long time ? Moreover is it the time to buy a file in z block or should i consider selling one i already have. Thanks

I have noticed the same trend and reported here in another post, It seems that balloting news is in the pipeline and also the prices were under nourished. I think now is the time to invest before it too go out of control like the rest of the Lahore dha phase 8.
