5 marla developed plots in j bloc but mostly constructed.very difficult to find.its rate vary from 48 to 55 lacs...
5 marla non developed in N block.its rate vary from 27 to 30 lacs.

Expansion from Zero Point till faizabad almost finish and what a Black Top they have made, i have only seen this standard abroad.. I 8 Interchange I think will be finished this month..

I want level plot one kanal in KL or M with possession or near possession but regular shape and not on drain. I don’t want high price. Around 8 million.

I was planing to buy one plot but now postpone due to high prices in P and Q N blocks. Non developed plots is 80 to 85 range and devwloped 90 to 95 which doesnt make sense to me and prices will come down.
I could be wrong but this looks artifical hipe created by investers for selling there plots at good rates.
@ sufyan sb..Sir it's not an artificial hype.Rates of K to P are dictated by A to J blocks which is seeing a lot of construction activity and prices are on rise there because of interest of genuine buyers.
@nadeem sir..Sir development in Q is mostly complete and in P it is going on at okayish pace..P may take sometime to develop.

This is a good place to invest as always. DHA is DHA. Will this price increase have any impact on Bahria 7 and 8? I think for low budget Bahria 7 and 8 is still a good option.
