I am planning to sell my house in Peshawar, get a 5 or 10 marla house on rent in DHA and then buy a 10 marla plot in DHA2 K,L sectors for constructing a house for myself. Is this a good idea and what are the current rates of 10 marlas in DHA2 K,L sectors? Will these rates increase soon or stay stable for some time??
Sir rates in dha continue to increase at steady pace.L block contains 10 marls with possession only.Their rates vary from 65 to 85 lacs approx.

Experts and gurus. How much time approx. Do I need to wait to get 1.25 crores for my plot in sector P street 6A Non corner backing on to 4th Avenue or you can say it is on 4th Avenue with street address of 6A? Waiting for its possession.

Abbasi saheb has mentioned that in P and Q block the price range is 75-90 lacs and Sadi saheb has also mentioned the price range of a 10 marla plot in L sector is 65-85 lacs. This has given me this idea that a good property dealer can get me 80-85 lacs even now for my plot. Location is great it is on 4th Avenue with street address of 6A the sector Mosque and the Market is only on 5-6 minutes walk and DHA Express way is also on few minutes drive via 4th Avenue. Once the development will be completed the price will Insha Allah climb to my asking. It will take some time for sure. My question was, How much time?

According to dealers update prices are continuously rising in Dha phase2 K to Q.

Nadeem Sb is correct. Price is rising good specially for K sector as more homes are being built.
Asad saheb Good news. This means very soon homes construction will start also in sectors L M and N and in this case prices will also rise in this area specially when DHA Express way is expanded and connect phase 2 to phase 2 extension.
If prices keep increasing as are being quoted by dealers, they will touch close to CDA levels. May be it is partly dealer euphoria. It does not seem there are so many real buyers out there.
Yesterday I visited P block, the development work pace is satisfactory ( not extraordinary). After completing 4th Avenue now they are moving back towards ist Avenue and main Bulverde. I could see the Avenue road leveling efforts there. Trucks and heavy machinery is working and cutting small high ground lands and dumping the residuals at low grounds. If I compare the work done in last six months, I think it will take two years to complete the P block.
Saadi bhai please update about the status of DHA2 KLMN, are all utilities available? Plots ready for construction? Any filling plots we should be aware of? Number of houses being built, type of families, how long will it take for Expressway expansion towards DHA etc etc
Which block is best to buy for investment purpose? P,Q,M,N?
