A big investor group has taken the whole commercial belt of Sector Q from DHA and now they are selling it.
The problem is that every dealer is claiming that he has the plots with him and I can't figure out the real story.
Totally investors game. I called DHA office (property exchange) and they had no clue about it. Which is really weird and makes me stay away from this investment.
My understanding of Commercial on DHA expressway to be sold by Bahria. This might explain the Bahria style dealer network picking and selling.

Sheikh saheb. Do not invest until you are sure about each and every fact about this new happenings. Something is going on in full swing and many dealers are advertising for it. I myself have seen those advertisements by big dealers in zameen.com. Anybody who lives in Islamabad can see one of those dealers and find out the facts and please also share in this forum.By the way what is the price of a 4 marla commercial plot in sectors K M D and H for price comparison?
I have checked with 3-4 different dealers and got different stories from all of them.
Story 1: DHA has signed agreement with us to sell all plots (a dealer sitting in a small rented shop)
Story 2: An investor group has bought all plots from DHA and selling now in market.
Story 3: Bahria has developed the plots, so they will sell those plots and pay to DHA.
Story 4: These were alloted to Army officers and are on resale now.
Rates of 4 marla commercials (lacs)
K = 180-190
M= 150
D = 200+
H= 160-170
Sheikh saheb. I would have called dha marketing department to get the exact information but it looks that the prices in sectors p and q are very attractive when I look at the prices in other sectors. The sectors p and q prices are for 150 ft wide express way plots but you have not mentioned the street and its width for any plot location in your mail and this is also an important pricing factor. Prices on blvds. And avenues are almost 30 to 50 percent more than the normal streets. Gurus and experts please comment. May be because of commercial plot the prices for residential plots are increasing every new week. Regards.
Commercial plots on expressway have already been sold in lots to heavy investors. Now they are retailing these plots at 2.7 crore for main expressway 8 Marla plot and 1.35 crote for 4 Marla back plot.
Does any one know how much they were sold for ? the original price for 4 marla and 8 marla ?
Pardesi saheb. Even 4 marla commercial plots are being offered at 1.35 on 150 ft road in both Q and P sectors. This is what I wanted to compare with the rates provided by sheikh saheb. Can anybody find the prices of 4 marla commercial plot on Blvd. Or dha express way in other phase 2 sectors?

Guys … Do not invest in these Q sector commercials as it was a big scam. DHA, Bahria town and HRL have already given a notice in news paper that no such plots are up for sale and they will not be responsible for any sale purchase in these plots.

P sector was never in scam, they offered only Q secror first 4 blocks.
I knew something was fishy since all dealers i spoke to, were insisting on bayana without showing any alottment letter. They said that DHA will transfer it to you but payment will be made to some person. I was like .... Wth ??
The real price of these plots will be high once officially launched by DHA. These fraud dealers kept the price low to attract people to purchase them.
Let's ask Saadi Aquarius. Saadi bhai what is your opinion about the opportunity to purchase developed commercial plots 8 Marla on main DHA expressway next to P and Q blocks 8 marla facing expressway at around 2.7 crore and 4 Marla facing back at 1.35 crore?
These developed commercial plots are on left side if you are going towards DHA Valley.

Saadi are these commercial plots scam? Some registered dealers are offering these rates and these are excellent deals.
