Lost Pakistan IMO 1 crore may be a reasonable demand. Your plot in street 28 is almost possession ready and good to construct. My personal feeling is that you will recieve offers between 90 and 1 crore - reason being there are few other options in N, P and Q in 1 crore which may be better location but not ready possession. Depends on whether the buyer needs a ready possession plot or can wait.
N block terrain is not good. P and Q are both outside the main cluster of plots. So the demand for K L and M will always be a notch above.
Paki-1 saheb. Please do not under estimate the sectors P and Q. Zain Nadeem saheb has just mentioned the possession is being given starting the East end that is from railway line towards Islamabad Highway. Just read what he has written:
"One house is already under construction in Sector Q. The 4th Avenue and area from Street 5A to 7D is ready for possession in Sector P. The prices in possession areas ranging from 95 lakh to 125 lakh for one Kanal of land".
I suggest investors hold plots is these 2 sectors for atleast 1 year and watch the house construction in this area.

Dont hurry in selling in these sectors until there is an urgent need. At least for an year.

Just read this very detailed and comprehensive blog on DHA KLMNP blocks by Samra Zulfiqar. I would quote the most important part of the blog here:

Not a guru but my opinion has always been that the price of K-Q are dictated by price rise or fall in A-H. The prices are always a fraction of prices in A-H and will be lower than those until maybe next 5 years when this side develops as much as the other side.

@Nadeem Ahmed Interesting… What effect will it have on prices in your opinion? Also, K has been ok for the most part, some streets of sector L are weird e.g (street 8-16). Probably update of sector N/P/Q in the current map?

I am not sure that it will effect on prices but Dha created many new plots for army officers.
Yes Dha is going to update some part of L and other hand N,P and Q.
More demand in P and Q block because it's well developed and according to Dha official they are giving possession to P block within year.

Yeah the service benefit plots of some Army officers were shifted from scheme which are behind or slower on development pace, one family friend’s plot from DHA4 was shifted Q block.
