Town Planning seems to be good in Sectors K-Q as compare to A-J. Someone should seek advice from professional TP. Most of the Streets are blind in Sect-A-H , and Sec-J Does not look like part of DHA-2.
Asad bhai did you go to these sectors for a comparison during your visit to Islamabad?
Dear Lost Pakistani, the street is in low lying area but prices are high generally so you plot is worth 1 crore plus.
^Visited few weeks back, sector L is at height while K and M are low. Not sure if they will be affected during heavy torrential rains though.

@UW, Thanks for the pictures. 3rd picture I believe is the 5th Avenue in L block on height. I have plot next to from where you took the picture. It is a nice view from there to Sihala village.
