Saadi bhai can you tell the reason for this increase in A-H and why L-Q is stable (investors are more on this side)?

Not possible for price to increase in K and not in L or M. Because investors will just move to L or M. Proportionate price increase is the only possibility.

What is the current price range for 1 kanal plots in N and P block?

I am witnessing a correction phase in whole DHA Phase-2 ...

Whether you call it correction or market slow down ... But offered rates are lower than they were in March .... Probably Hype created by Koral/Expressway is settling down.

I do not agree with Saadi here.

Sheikh sb..Sir koi sastay plot hi dhoond dain sir g..Jis se plot pucho ajeeb hi prices btata hai..160 to 185 normal asking price hai for good plots..They were 150 to 170 back in march..And price rise in dha 2 is independent of this highway expansion hype..Only reason for price increase is the upcoming facilities and huge construction activity..Agar ap ki nazar main koi sasti deal hai tou zaroor btaayie ga..

@ Pardesi..The price rise in K block only is beyond my comprehension but this is what i have witnessed..K and L had same price range exactly but K is leading now a with a little bit of higher price tag in comparison.

If u can sell mine for 160, 2% commission for u.

So the actual on ground conditions are quite different than the one shown by experts here?

@ AKH…Sir N block vary from 75 to 100 approx and P block vary from 90 to 110 approx…

Today i asked to two dealers and it's true A to H market is rising because of WTC,hypermarket and many brands in this area.

I don't know about K but it's true K to Q blocks are stable.

Both the parts of dha at the same price level these days…115 to 160 lacs for good location kanal plots…

@ Million…Sir no plot of 160 lacs on K to Q side…Maximum maximum maximum price there is 135 lacs for an extra ordinarily superb plot…Where as A to H has plot of 150 to 155 lacs on average…A really good non category plot is for 165 to 170 lacs and category plots for 175 to 240 lacs…

…year ago prices in K to Q were 60-70 lacs now in L block people asking prices very high for kanal plot touching A to H prices…
