With signal free Isb highway, GT road expansion, World Trade Centre, Some more commercial activity in Big round about, prices will definitely jump in A-H.

You can’t purchase outlets there. Only lease is possible.

A customer does not care if big brand has purchased the shop or its on lease !!!

Recently I read a newsletter from Zameen.com. It is regarding the possession of plots in phase 2 sectors. I was surprised to see a new sector R in phase 2. I am reproducing it as it is below:

Possession status

DHA has handed over possession in Sectors A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and J,

while in Sectors K, L, M, N and P, Q and R, the authority has yet grant possession in some areas. Complete possession is expected sooner rather than later.

Has anybody any idea where sector R in located is DHA Islamabad Phase 2 map?

After crosiing the bridge on expressway, there is a developed area on right side. May be that is R sector. You can also check from Google Earth.

Maybe some sector of Phase 2 Ext merging into DHA 2

R Block? What is the location?

And what are current prices in K-Q? Especially what is the price range in L?

The MAP shared above is very old one. Especailly P block have more than 50 streets now. Anyone have latest map? Thanks a lot.

Don’t know the exact location of Sector R to be honest. If such sector exists.

I think R block is after bridge.I think Saadi bahi can clear location of R block which is not in current map.

Property prices

Property values in Phase II have already increased manifold in the recent past. The rates, however, still have excellent potential to grow further.

The average price of a 10-marla plot in the phase ranges from PKR 8,000,000 to PKR 11,500,000, while that of a 1-kanal plot falls between PKR 10,000,000 and PKR 22,500,000.

Is it true?According to my information market is stable not in reverse.

A to H is rising and K to Q is stable.

Sir A to H continuously rising…K block also gained…Rest of the blocks are stable.There is no such thing as reverse in dha property…It may stagnate but donot gets reversed…
