In which block?If in P or L then it's good investment.My friend got a offer of 10 marla in P block.

In N prices are low than L and P.

P has a better value also because the development pace is faster. It is probably Bahria that is doing development here..

Terrain for N is more complicated. Some outstanding height locations with great views back on margallas and rest of DHA. Some plots with 100-150 feet mountains on back and some on lower ground. Terrain of P is also a mixed bag but since pace of development is much faster, it is likely to look more cleaner soon

Same has happened to me, the transfered my plot from N block to P block.

It is 1 kanal in street 40 something.

Any member have any idea bout current price of the plot there? I am planning to sell off as I don't see possession news coming up in next few years.

Dha phase2 continually rising so hold your investment.P and Q are the best blocks of Dha phase2.

I am not sure about street 40 but prices around 75 to 95 lakh depend on location.

My 10 Marla plot is in St 54 sec. P. I can’t see street 54 in map available on web…

The last map provided have street number till 51.

AKH saheb. Street 40 is a wide street so your plot will sell faster and shall get you few lacs more than a regular 40 ft wide street. I suggest you hold it till some houses are built in sector P or signal free Express way is complete.

Kindly update regarding hyperMart. How has been the response. I saw pics of the mart opening and it looked awesome much like Metro in I-11.

Has this affected prices +vely in A-H blocks or any such effect yet to be seen or is this irrelevant in terms of effecting prices?

@ Arshad…Sir overwhelming response…Metro has substandard third class products where as Hyperstar has high quality products and that too at competitive prices…Would definitely cast a positive affect on A to H…Yes its grid structure and racks may resemble to that of metro…

Saadi Bro, whats its impact on other Giga Projects especially the Flats and towers it has built. Have they witnessed any upward jump in prices ?

Yes nadeem bhai thats right but wouldn’t it create traffic jams towards gate 3 of DHA 2. Also the G.T road is very small and can create problems unless it is expanded as well.

Good point rise Arshad bhai but i think they have three floor parking about GT road yes there will be more traffic in future.

SAADI bhai can more explain because i did not visit yet.

@ Arshad…Sir no tall claims like other contributors regarding gains but hope for best as dynamics are predicting some very handsome rise and if overall realty sector gets a boost which is due then sky is the limit…Sir Gt road is already getting expanded from dha gate 1 towards pindi…I don’t think there will be any traffic jams…WTC has a very big parking in basement and space outside as well.

I think this area would become mini Islamabad in future
